Sriracha Wings Recipe

These chicken wings are made with Lee Kum Kee’s great-tasting Sriracha Chili Sauce—one of my own pantry staples. To make this at home you just toss the chicken wings with the Sriracha Chili Sauce and lime—super easy and a crowd-pleaser! This sauce adds an exotic spicy flavor when cooking or dipping various foods.

Ingredients
chicken wings, sectioned 1 lb.
cornstarch 4 Tbsp.
cooking oil
lime or lemon juice 1 Tbsp.

Sauces

Sriracha Chili Sauce 2 oz.

Directions
1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine chicken and cornstarch. Mix well.
2. Deep-fry chicken wings until golden brown.
3. Toss chicken wings with lime and Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce. Serve hot.
