It’s going to snow like crazy tomorrow… so if you’re home with the kids or maybe if you’re lucky, your significant other, here are some fun activities for a snow day
I saw some moms on my FB page share and thought it would make a fun blog post.
Snow Day Ideas (other than play in snow)
1) Make home-made play dough:
1 cup cold water
1 cup salt
2 tsp vegetable oil
Food coloring
3 cups flour
2 tablespoons cornstarch
Mix first four ingredients until desired color then add rest. Enjoy!
2) Bake Cookies/Decorate Cupcakes or make a healthy dessert since its the new year.
3) Printable Activities! Print some activities online, color, games, etc.
4) Fashion Shoot
Hang up sheets, create a runway, and have your kids dress up in their favorite clothes and have a fashion shoot! You could use this as an excuse to purge the closets of old clothes!
5) Movie Marathons! Stock up on Popcorn, healthy snacks & binge watch a movie trilogy or a new show.
