Low Carb Lunch – Cucumber Hummus Turkey Roll Ups.

I can’t find the original blog post that this featured in, but I love this low carb snack, its healthy and looks delish!   The possibilities are endless!  I’m not a huge deli meat person, but I would make it with just hummus, or with feta and olives, so many great combo options.  I’m going to try to think of them all and recreate.

 

Great lunch idea for school or after school snacks!
