How to make: Pumpkin Spice Energy Bites (No Bake!) 




1 cup old fashioned oats 

1/2 cup natural peanut butter 

1/4 cup agave 

1/4 cup chia/flax seeds 

pumpkin pie spice (can swap for cinnamon)

Optional – 1 tbsp vanilla extract or pumpkin pie extract 

How to make: 

In a bowl, mix together oats, peanut butter, agave and chia/flax. Add pumpkin pie spice and 1 tbsp extract. Mix.

Put bowl in the fridge for 10-15 minutes until mixture has hardened a bit

Form into balls 


(Store in fridge)
