Looking for a great idea for your holiday party? Make a Christmas Tree Cheese platter
Ingredients:
Monterey Jack and Pepper Jack Cheese (or choose your favorite)
Cherry Tomatoes (can also use olives or grapes)
Rosemary
Pastry Board (or large plate)
Directions:
Line up pepper jack cheese the length of the plate or pastry board.
Add Rosemary on top of the cheese (making sure you cover the length of the cheese)
Add Cherry Tomatoes (alternating colors)
Add Rosemary on top of the tomatoes.
Add cheese.
Repeat the process, making sure you start to narrow the layer of the tree so it starts to look like a Christmas Tree.
For the stem, cut a piece of cheese into a rectangle.
For the star on top, use a star cookie cutter on cheese (I like to use velveeta for this)
