Vampire Bloody Mary

Devil Bloody Mary

Ingredients:

·  Tomato Cocktail (Clamato), 32 oz

·  Worcestershire sauce, 2 tsp

·  Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce, 2 tsp

·  Lemon juice, 2 tbsp

·  Vodka, 8 oz

·  Salt, 1 pinch [to taste ]

·  Ice cubes, 4-6

·  Black or Red Food coloring [for rim]

·  Kosher or Sea Salt [for rim]

·  Small sweet red peppers (choose the ones that look like horns) [for garnish]

 

Directions:

·  Pour tomato cocktail into a large pitcher. Add Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, vodka and pinch of salt to taste.

·  Mix food coloring and kosher (or sea) salt.  Rim the glass until fully covered

·  Stir well. Serve over ice.
