I’ve been doing a lot of cycling lately. I actually just quit my gym so I can go to soul-cycle more. (I’m addicted)
The issue is, though I’ve been working out a ton, and eating healthy, the scale is saying I’m gaining weight. Its been driving me nuts!
So, I did a little research last night, and felt a bit better, that even though muscle and fat weigh the same (muscle doesn’t weigh more, a pound is still a pound) muscle is so much leaner than fat.

It made me feel better. So, don’t get discouraged, just keep eating healthy, workout, and at the end of the day, the scale is just a number, the way working out makes you feel is so much better!
