I’m not a big fan of scary Halloween stuff, so I’ve decided to try my take on an “Eyeball” — its easy and delicious.
What you’ll need:
1) Radishes
2) Olives with Pimentos in them
3) Sharp Knife
4) Time – LOTS of it
How to make them.
1) Skin the radishes so there are strips of red lines (Hint: If you slice extra thin, it looks bloodshot)
2) core the inside of the radish. (I didn’t have a fancy small corer- so just used a sharp knife)
3) cut the olive with pimento around the size of the hole and stuff it in
4) Do it again!
