When I’ve had a long day, or I’m treating myself after a hard workout my go-to meal is alway some sort of pasta dish because it’s literally the most comforting meal I can think of. I love to top mine with sautéed veggies and fresh pesto, but there are endless delicious recipes, including some amazing vegan and gluten free options for every pasta lover out there.
