Yesterday we celebrated National Lasagna Day with a list of our favorite lasagna recipes from classic ultra cheesy lasagna, to zucchini lasagna, to chocolate dessert lasagna (because why not)! Well, today happens to be National Cheesecake Day so we figured should make a list of our favorite recipes for that too. What can I say, we like food holidays over here at Trendsgirl. Minimalist Baker per usual offers some superb options using only several ingredients for no-fuss baking, and David Leibowitz (an american cook, baker, and writer in Paris) offers the most gourmet options of the group if you want to feel like you’re in “Julie and Julia.” That’s also a great film to have playing in the background while you’re baking on a long weekend morning.
