Are you stuck inside today? Don’t worry, I have a fun way to make your hot chocolate even better! And its perfect because you can make with the kids!
What you’ll need:
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- circle cookie cutter
- mini choc chips
- piece of orange chocolate for nose (can also use another mini choc. chip or a peppermint)
What to do:
- Mix together sugar into the heavy whipping cream
- whisk, whisk, whisk (until its a thick whipped cream consistency)
- layer into a pan
- put into freezer for 2-3 hours
- place the circle cookie cutter on desired area *note* I used a size bigger than the cup so it takes over the whole top
- place mini chocolate chips for eyes and mouth, and orange chocolate for nose
- push down hard on circle cookie cutter one more time, then carefully remove and place in hot chocolate
- enjoy!
If its your first time, make a 2nd batch just in case 🙂
