What you’ll need:
white cake box mix
1 cup bourbon
1 tsp mint extract
Add 1 cup of bourbon and 1 tsp to white cake mix (plus the regular ingredients to make the cake box mix) and bake according to the instructions.
once cooled, poke holes with a toothpick and *LIGHTLY* brush some bourbon on top of the cupcake.
for the icing:
1 box powdered sugar
3/4 cup unsalted butter
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp bourbon
1/4 tsp mint extract
1 tbsp milk
Mix sugar, butter, salt until it forms into a hard consistency, add bourbon, mint extract and milk.
