Apple Picking: What to Do With All the Apples

Perhaps you went apple picking at some adorable orchard in upstate New York; it was quaint and beautiful, you got some terrific grams at the orchard, and now you have more braeburn or fuji apples than you even know what to do with. Or, perhaps you went to Trader Joe’s and bought the bargain sized bag of apples, but there is no way that you will be able to eat all of them before they go bad. In either case, we recommend you put those beautiful apples to good use! If you make a cake or apple pie, bring it (or part of it) to work for extra brownie points with your team or boss.
