If you’re anything like me, you are often left with more bananas at the end of the week than you’re able to use, especially after buying pre-packaged bunches with what seems like a million bananas. By the end of the week, these once yellow bananas start to go brown and my kitchen ends up covered in flies which can feel like a complete nightmare! The lovely thing about bananas though (especially overripe bananas), is that they can easily be repurposed into delicious smoothies or baked goods that you can either enjoy throughout the rest of the following week, or keep in the freezer for later use.
